Born Belfast.

Northern Irish soprano.

Emma Morwood trained at Edinburgh University then in Manchester at RNCM, where she won the Dame Eva Turner Award. Roles she performed at the RNCM include Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro and the child in L'Enfant et les Sortilèges.

She sang Fiordiligi in Weimar's Lyric Opera Studio, and created the title role in Lady Magnesia by Mieczyslaw Weinberg (RLP Ensemble 10/10)
