Hamilton Clarke Suggest updates

Conductor.

Hamilton Clarke spent several years with the D'Oyly Carte organization.  He was conductor of the Comedy Opera Company for the early tours of The Sorcerer and H M S Pinafore.

During a period with Charles Bernard's company in 1881 he conducted the successful tour of Edward Solomon's Billee Taylor.

He was Sullivan's assistant for some time, and arranged the overture for the revival of The Sorcerer in 1884 when the run of Princess Ida ended.  He also composed the overture for the 1885 premiere of The Mikado.
