Yugoslav (Slovenian) tenor.

Drago Starć was a leading principal of the Belgrade opera during the fifties and sixties, and appeared with that company diring its 1962 visit to the Edinburgh Festival.

When a series of recordings of Russian repertoire was made in 1955, his parts included works by Glinka (Sobinin), Mussorgsky (Golitsin) and Tchaikovsky (Lensky).
