Hungarian baritone.

Lajos Miller had a long career as a notable baritone, specializing in Verdi. These performances of Simon Boccanegra appear to be his only appearances in Britain.

He appears on numerous recordings, including Verdi (Don Carlo Ernani, conducted by Gardelli); Prokofiev (Andrei Bolkonsky War and Peace, conducted by Rostropovich).

A Hungarian video was made of Rigoletto in which he sings the title role. Several excerpts from this can be seen on You Tube.
