Vadym Chernihovskiy wa a member of the National Opera and Ballet Theatre in Odessa and now sings in Berlin.

His repertoire includes Pergolesi (Uberto La serva padrona); Rossini (Bartolo); Verdi (Monterone Rigoletto, Ferrando Il trovatore, Sam Un ballo in maschera); Borodin (title role Prince Igor); Tchaikovsky (Tomsky & Zlatogor The Queen of Spades); Puccini (Benoit & Alcindoro La bohème).

With Ellen Kent's Opera International group in the UK since 1916 he has sung roles by Verdi (Zaccaria, Ramfis) and Puccini (Colline, Bonze).
