Adam Gilbert Suggest updates

Baritone.

Adam Gilbert studied in London at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, gaining a BMus in Classical Singing. He completed his training at the National Opera Studio and was one of the first recipients of a Career Development Award from the Bryn Terfel Foundation.

Operatic roles at GSMD included Papageno and Count Almaviva. He spent a season at the Glyndebourne Festival, creating Gulliver in Orlando Gough's Imago. Engagements include Mid Wales Opera (Dancaïre); Opra Cymru (Escamillo); London Opera Players (Marcello); Surrey Opera (Filch The Beggar's Opera); Opera Holland Park (Frédéric Lakmé in the Young Artists scheme); Wexford Festival (Earl of Dunmow A Dinner Engagement, 2nd Bargee A Village Romeo and Juliet); Iford Arts Festival (Périchaud, Crébillon & Major-domo La rondine).

With Scottish Opera he toured in the 2016 Ensemble for Elixir of Love and played Major in KidO, returning in 2017 for the Opera Highlights tour.
