The Scotsman review (10 April) said "...that Figaro is still a prime favourite was seen in the splendid audience that assembled to hear it once more last night in the King's Theatre...the opera received a delightful rendering, which was much enjoyed.  Miss Grace Nicol was the Countess Almaviva, who suffers from the gallantries of her husband, and she gave a cultured rendering to the fine air of the third act, known best by its Italian name Dove sono.  Miss Burgess as the maid, Susanna, had a part which suited her well, and she played with appropriate gaiety and sang with excellent effect.  The pretty 'Zephyr' duet for the two sopranos was most tastefully given.

Miss Doris Woodall, as the roguish page Cherubino, was alike dainty and interesting in her acting and singing, and the well known Voi che sapete was rendered so sweetly that it was accorded the honour of an encore.  Mr Charles Victor did not seem quite as much at ease as Figaro as in some more heroic characters he has undertaken during the fortnight.  In the music, too, he was rather handicapped by a bad cold.  Still, it was a pleasing performance, and his singing of non piu andrai, if lacking a little in power, was so expressively done that it had to be repeated.  Mr Arthur Winckworth's fine bass voice was heard to much advantage as the Count, and his duet with Susanna was one of the good things of the evening.  The graceful and playful orchestration was rendered with much distinction by the band, under Mr Van Noorden."

The company's 1908 tour included two weeks at the Glasgow Grand, one at the Alexandra, Greenock and finally two at Edinburgh King’s Theatre.
