This tour consisted of a final group of ten performances of the Ebert production dating from 1973. This cast had appeared the previous November in the Glasgow Theatre Royal subscription season. As always, Michael Langdon effortlessly stole the show.
The cast is as announced for the season, with the proviso that in Edinburgh the company briefly offered free cast lists for each performance - the idea did not last - and that for 5 May (in the NLS) shows one variation.
