Meetings of Friends of Scottish Opera are open to all, whether you are a member or not. Please  make contact beforehand, if you can, to make sure someone is looking to welcome you!  Alternatively contact the Friends Manager, Anne Higgins, at Scottish Opera's head office at Elmbank Crescent, Glasgow on 0141 248 4567.  If you want the name of the person to speak to in your nearest branch, Anne will be happy to help.

Fife branch

Friday 31 October at 7.30pm An evening of Gilbert and Sullivan including extracts from the Mikado, the Gondoliers, Patience, H.M.S.Pinafore and the Pirates of Penzance featuring Rebecca Bottone, Linda Ormiston, Donald Maxwell, Seamus Begg and St Andrews University Gilbert and Sullivan Society, accompanied by Scottish Opera head of Music Derek Clark. tickets £15/£10 over 60s/£5.00 under 26s from Anne Higgins or on the door at the Town Hall, St Andrews.

 

Forth Valley branch meetings take place monthly at 2.30pm in the Smith Art Gallery and Museum, Stirling (except the spring lunch) until April.

Tayside branch meetings are held on Fridays at 7.30 in the Common Room, Chaplaincy Centre, Dundee University.
