A programme survives in the Mitchell dated 7 November giving the cast for Flying Dutchman, then Bohemian Girl on Friday 8 November and the Saturday matinee of 9 November, a double bill of Mozart's Bastien and Bastienne and Humperdinck's Hansel and Gretel.

The Edinburgh Evening News (13 May) says "Miss Heenan sang sweetly as Bastiemme, and Mr Stephen's fine voice had excellent opportunity in the lover's  part.   Mr G. A. Fox was satisfactory in the lover's part as Colas, but he might have spoken his lines more intelligibly."
