English soprano.

Fanny Ayton's career began in Italy after a period of study in Florence, and included appearances at La Fenice (Venice). She returned to Britain to join the company at the King's Theatre, Haymarket in 1827 as Prima Donna. Her repertoire included Rosina, Fiorilla and Ninetta, as well as works by Mayr, Pacini and Arne.
