English soprano.

Louie Henri began her career by joining the chorus of D'Oyly Carte. Singing under her name of Louisa Henri, she toured in Princess Ida, with her seventeen-year-old husband, Henry Lytton, masquerading as her brother. While her career developed to the point where she sang leading roles, his took off more spectacularly, and he became the company's star comedian.
