Designer.

His excellent set was designed for one of Scottish Opera's 5:15 series of five brief new works in contrasting styles, launched in 2009. It was clearly designed to be very adaptable, consisting of two platforms, a lower one across the front, with a smaller one higher up across the back. A curved stairway on either side linked these two platforms, leaving a hollow in the centre to accommodate a chamber orchestra and conductor. After that 2009 run, it was used by the RSAMD for a staging of Rape of Lucretia in 2012 and then in 2018 Scottish Opera's production of The Burning Fiery Furnace. It should be suitable for many more events.
